Hull Property Group, owner of Milledgeville Mall, announced that a new lease has been signed with Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar. Construction will begin in January 2016 with a target opening date in April. The restaurant will be part of a three-tenant outparcel building on the Mall property including LongHorn Steakhouse and Petsense and will occupy approximately 4,000 square feet.
“We are excited for such a popular national tenant to join the existing lineup of retailers and restaurants in the Milledgeville area. By providing new options in a concentrated location, we can cater to the varying wants and needs of our customers,” said Jim Hull, Managing Principal of Hull Property Group.
Hull continued, “We have been working on ways to redevelop and improve Milledgeville Mall to attract tenants who are new to Baldwin County. It’s great to have the support of local leaders who share a dedication to growing the existing retail corridor into a first class shopping, dining and entertainment destination. We are delighted that Buffalo Wild Wings is co-investing in our endeavor to accomplish these goals.”
Since the chains inception in 1982, Buffalo Wild Wings coin themselves as the type of place to hang out with friends as long as you want in a fun and edgy, high energy and easygoing restaurant that serves great food. Each location has multiple wide screen tvs and they show games all day every day. They offer a vast menu of delicious wings, burgers, and wraps, as well as a tall list of beer offerings.
